This is a just a note to thank you and your team at Transcorp for moving my family and I to our new residence in Melbourne CBD last week. As a former Senior Trade Commissioner with the Australian Government I have had to "move" quite a few times in my career as a professional diplomat...nationally and internationally...so I've had some experience of "movers". I just wanted to let you know that you and your team matched the best I have seen anywhere...punctual, fast, efficient, experienced, careful, cost effective are words that spring to mind in describing your performance.
Most of all, you and your team were happy and pleasant people...which in my experience means that people at Transcorp like what they do, and take pride in doing it well.

I want to extend a big Thank You for the excellent work you provided when my parents were moving houses within Melbourne. Not only were you able to, with very short notice, arrange a fantastic crew you also personally assisted with the move. The move itself was done with the utmost professionalism, great care and with a speed that had to be seen to be believed. I wanted to make a point of sending an email to commend one of your staff members, Pina.
About 6 weeks ago she organized for some things to be collected from my mother's house in country Victoria and brought up to Sydney.
I had telephoned many companies wanting a quick delivery at a reasonable price. Not only was Transcorp able to come through on both counts, your staff member, Pina, was wonderful.
She was very friendly, professional, and efficient. The pick up was scheduled for the following day and the delivery occurred the day after that. I couldn't have asked for better!

Hi John,
I’d like to formally thank you and your team for the tremendous job you did in moving the contents of our city office. This included 60 desk top computers as well as servers, racks and all the fittings and equipment you would expect in any less technology based environment, so that it was packed in a morning impressed me. When the actual move was accomplished before midday (on another morning) I was frankly amazed.
The packers were great – fast but careful, and the movers impressed us not only with their speed but their attention to detail and good humour. It was a warm day and they were constantly on the go from 7am until almost midday, but they were laughing and joking right through. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they overcame minor difficulties quickly and happily.
I hope we don’t have to go through the experience again, but if we do, yours will definitely be the company that we use.
